I am having trouble with primary sources support for my paper about the change in the Democratic-Republican's opinion on the establishment of the National Bank, particularly James Madison's citations. Does anyone know which of his papers would support this change in understanding, or any other papers relevant to the thesis?

I do not have any suggestions. Have you tried asking the librarian over history? They may be os some assistance.
(Sorry I don't think I posted this right) My question for my paper is "What is the the history of minority voting in the U.S. and What is their expectation of voting rights?" I chose this topic because I was interested in the voting rights act of 1965 and the changes that it caused. I found a ton of secondary sources that examine minority voting in America but only a few primary sources. If anyone has any idea of more primary sources let me know.
